| 1, Weekly prices are based on the price of the starting Saturday. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 2, Rental periods start at 4pm on your first Saturday and finish at 10am on your last Saturday. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 3, A non-returnable deposit of 35% will be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance will be required 8 weeks before your holiday. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 4, A cash security deposit of €300 (or £300 or $400) will be required on arrival. This will be returned on departure (less damage costs). | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 5, Heating and air conditioning costs are including in the rental price but fire wood for the open fire will be charged as used. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 6, Bed linen will be changed and the house will be cleaned weekly. Bath towels will be changed twice weekly. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 7, Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the villa. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
